1. Introduction

Welcome to BulaBudget.

BulaBudget is a financial planning and budgeting tool developed and managed by CRESPIRE (Creatively Inspire Pte Ltd), a company registered in Fiji.

By accessing or using BulaBudget, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.

2. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Fiji.

Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.

3. Nature of the Service (No Financial Advice)

BulaBudget is a digital tool designed to help you plan, track, and manage your personal finances.

We do not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice

All information provided through the platform is for general informational and organizational purposes only.

You are responsible for making your own financial decisions. Where necessary, you should consult a qualified financial or legal professional.

4. Your Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and access credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

5. Ownership of Your Data

Your data belongs to you.

You retain full ownership of all financial and personal data you upload into BulaBudget.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store your data
• Process your data
• Display your data within the platform
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve product functionality and user experience

We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Data Deletion & Account Deletion

You are free to:

• Delete your data at any time.
• Delete your account at any time.

Upon account deletion:

Your data will be permanently removed from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles and any legal obligations.

We may retain minimal records where required by law.

7. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously.

WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH ANY THIRD PARTY UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.

Your data will only be disclosed:

• If required by a court order or lawful request from a government authority.
• Where necessary to protect legal rights or comply with legal obligations.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BulaBudget systems.

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.

Misuse of the service may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep BulaBudget available and functioning at all times. However:

• Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for losses resulting from:

• System outages
• Internet disruptions
• Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

Where offered, new accounts begin with a 2-month free trial before paid billing starts. Current live payment methods and available billing durations are described on our Pricing page.

Founding 500 Offer. The Founding 500 Offer is the promotional pricing made available to the first 500 eligible BulaBudget users. Where we say “for life,” we mean for the lifetime of the BulaBudget product or service, not the lifetime of the user.

The Founding 500 Offer is personal to the original account holder, non-transferable, subject to compliance with these Terms, and only available while public founding spots remain.

We may withdraw or suspend the Founding 500 Offer in cases of abuse, fraud, breach of these Terms, or if the BulaBudget product or service is discontinued.

Once all 500 founding spots are claimed, new users may join the waitlist for future access or be offered other pricing that applies at that time.

We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

11. Subscription & Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Required by law.
• There is suspected fraudulent or harmful activity.

Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Fiji law:

• BulaBudget is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We are not liable for financial losses, investment decisions, or indirect damages resulting from reliance on the tool.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If significant changes are made:

• We will notify users through the platform or via email.
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
